Known Issues
- EagleFiler 1.9.12 (released August 18) is compatible with macOS 10.13 through macOS 14 and Apple Silicon Macs.
- If you want to use a pre-release version of macOS or update to the latest release version as soon as it’s ready, check out the public beta.

- If you’ve lost your purchase information, you can look up your serial number.

Mailing List
Subscribe to the EagleFiler-News mailing list to get an e-mail when a new version of EagleFiler is released or an important support issue arises. You can change your address by subscribing the new one and unsubscribing the old one.

Older Versions
EagleFiler 1.9.12 requires macOS 10.13 or later.
- If you have macOS 10.12, you can run EagleFiler 1.9.8.
- If you have macOS 10.9, 10.10, or 10.11, you can run EagleFiler 1.8.14.
- If you have macOS 10.7 or 10.8, you can run EagleFiler 1.8.7.
- If you have macOS 10.6, you can run EagleFiler 1.8.
- If you have macOS 10.4 or 10.5, you can run EagleFiler 1.5.10.
If you purchase EagleFiler 1.9.12 you can request a serial number to run these older versions.
