EagleFiler Technical Support

Known Issues

1. EagleFiler 1.9.16 (released November 21) is compatible with macOS 10.13 High Sierra through macOS 15 Sequoia and Apple Silicon Macs.
2. If you want to use a pre-release version of macOS or update to the latest release version as soon as it’s ready, check out the public beta.
3. If macOS reports that the app is damaged the first time you try to launch it, please see the Download Fixer tool.

Getting Help

1. Have you checked the list of frequently asked questions?
2. If you’ve lost your purchase information, you can look up your serial number.
3. If your question is not answered above, please look in the EagleFiler forum, as someone else may have recently asked the same question. We are also happy to provide individualized support via e-mail. Please gather the proper background information and contact us by sending an e-mail to eaglefiler@c-command.com.

Older Versions

EagleFiler 1.9.16 requires macOS 10.13 High Sierra or later.

• If you have macOS 10.12, you can run EagleFiler 1.9.8.
• If you have macOS 10.9, 10.10, or 10.11, you can run EagleFiler 1.8.14.
• If you have macOS 10.7 or 10.8, you can run EagleFiler 1.8.7.
• If you have macOS 10.6, you can run EagleFiler 1.8.
• If you have macOS 10.4 or 10.5, you can run EagleFiler 1.5.10.

If you purchase EagleFiler 1.9.16 you can request a serial number to run these older versions.
