ToothFairy Technical Support
Known Issues
- ToothFairy 2.8.5 (released October 17) is compatible with macOS 10.13 through macOS 15 Sequoia and Apple Silicon Macs.
- ToothFairy can connect/disconnect any Bluetooth device that can be paired with the Mac. The battery level gauge works with devices whose battery level shows up in the Bluetooth pane of System Preferences.
Getting Help
- There’s lots of information in the ToothFairy manual, such as how to switch AirPods back to your iPhone, what to do if your device isn’t connecting, you don’t see the battery level, or you still see ToothFairy in the Dock after hiding its icon.
- If your question is not answered above, please look in the ToothFairy forum, as someone else may have recently asked the same question. We are also happy to provide individualized support via e-mail. Please gather the proper background information and contact us by sending an e-mail to toothfairy@c-command.com.
