Snow Leopard Compatibility
August 24th, 2009 (BBAutoComplete, DropDMG, EagleFiler, SpamSieve)BBAutoComplete 1.5.3, DropDMG 2.8.5, EagleFiler 1.4.8, and SpamSieve 2.7.5 have been tested with Mac OS X 10.6. They are compatible except for any issues listed below. (This post will be updated as new information becomes available.) If you haven’t already updated to the latest versions of these applications, now is the time to do so.
- DropDMG’s “Use custom icon for mounted image” feature. Fixed in DropDMG 2.8.6.
- Various minor issues fixed in EagleFiler 1.4.9.
- In order to use DropDMG’s Create Disk Image/Archive Automator action, use the Finder’s Get Info command to make Automator run in 32-bit mode.
- Various minor issues fixed in SpamSieve 2.7.6.
Update: If you’re using Mac OS X 10.6.8 and applied the Security Update 2012-004 (Snow Leopard), make sure that you’ve updated to SpamSieve 2.9.5 or later. When you launch Mail, if you don’t see the SpamSieve commands in Mail’s Message menu, go to the SpamSieve menu and choose “Install Apple Mail Plug-In.”
