For the basic information about importing Web pages from any browser, see the Importing Web Pages and URLs section. The most common way to import from Safari is to press the capture key so that EagleFiler imports the entire page that you’re viewing using the selected Web page format (e.g. it creates a Web archive).
Selected Text
Safari is special in that it can also import just part of a Web page using the Web archive format. You can do this by selecting part of the page and using drag and drop or one of EagleFiler’s system services. See also: Enabling JavaScript Access in Web Browsers.
Private Web Pages
Some Web pages (e.g. sites that require logging in) cannot be captured by having EagleFiler load the URL shown in Safari’s location bar. There are other ways to import these pages, as described in the Importing Private Web Pages and Importing From X/Twitter sections of the manual.
