If you’ve tried the suggestions in the If Apple Mail Is Running Slowly
section and the problem is still occurring:
- Please see the Sending in a “Sample” Report section for how you can
record what Mail is doing so that we can investigate the cause of the
slowness. It’s important to record samples from both Mail and SpamSieve
while the slowness is occurring.
- Please send in a diagnostic report as described in the Sending in an
Error Report section. This will include information about errors that
were reported how Mail is configured in order to help isolate the
problem.
