SpamSieve Moves Trained Emails to folder on Mac not to designate Spam Folder

I recently moved SpamSieve to stand alone Mac Mini from a iMac work station. I have four email accounts. I set it up to send spam emails to a spam folder on one of the email accounts. This works fine but when I log onto the Mac Mini to train an email as spam it sends that email to a folder “On My Mac” on the Mac Mini not to the designated spam folder on one of the email accounts.

I am running 10.14.6

It’s not a big problem, I just have to remember to move the messages to the correct folder when I log onto the Mac Mini.

My question is it didn’t use to do this when I had SpamSieve installed on one of the workstations. Settings seem correct, what am I doing wrong.

Please note that there is a separate setting that controls where trained messages go vs. the incoming ones that are automatically caught.
