Crazy persistent spammy fake FedEx emails

This is driving me crazy.

I am vigilant about training, even after almost a year of using SpamSieve, but there’s one problem that has defeated me.

Sometimes every day, other times every week, I get emails with the FedEx logo but with addresses like this: commence@mail2nowhere.com (but never the same address twice). Every time I train these emails as spam, but it never seems to have any impact. I do sometimes get real email from the real FedEx, so I have to be careful and check before training.

What am I doing wrong? Is there a way for me to close the door on these mopes?
