Thread: 'Inspect' and 'Tags' icons disabled?

Default 'Inspect' and 'Tags' icons disabled?

I've just started using EagleFiler, and I have noticed that the 'Inspect' and 'Tags' icons on the Toolbar appear to be always disabled:

I figure I must be missing something about these icons. When are they enabled, and how do I open the Inspector window? Thanks for your help.

Those buttons should always be enabled because they toggle the visibility of the inspectors. You can also access the inspectors from the Window menu. If the buttons are disabled, that probably indicates a problem. Please see this page and send me your log info via e-mail. Thanks.

I tried a reboot, and the icons are now enabled. If the problem recurs, I'll copy the log and send it.

Thanks for the follow-up. Perhaps it was just caused by a transient system issue.
