temporarily switching back to Junk Apple Mail filtering

I am using SpamSieve 2.9.12 on Mac OS X 10.9.1.
After reading Installing Apple Mail Plug-in (which I most probably have misunderstood) I erased all my junk mail before training SpamSieve. What am I supposed to do now?

As a solution I clicked off the rule SpamSieve in Mail Preferences and re-enabled the junk mail filtering, again in Mail Preferences. Is that a good solution for gathering some new junk e-mails before switching again from the Junk Mail filtering to the SpamSieve filtering? Will I get in the meantime any conflicts between the SpamSieve Plug-in and the standard Junk Mail filtering?

Isn’t any other way of transfering the Junk Mail experience to SpamSieve apart from training by already recognised junk e-mails?

Many thanks for your help

You can just skip the initial training. SpamSieve will automatically learn from the new messages that you receive, so long as you correct all the mistakes.
