Thread: INBOX-Folder instead of INBOX-MBOX

    Default INBOX-Folder instead of INBOX-MBOX

    Hi,

I recently switched to fastmail.fm, which uses "INBOX" as the imap-path-prefix. When I now press F1 to import emails from Apple Mail into EagleFiler, instead of - what I was used to - getting INBOX-MBOXes, I get a folder "INBOX" with a lot of eml-files in it.

I would prefer to have the mboxes. How should I proceed to get things back to normal?

    Thank you,
    M.

It sounds like something is wrong, because Apple Mail doesn’t even use “.eml” files. Do you mean “.emlx”? Could you send me an e-mail with some screenshots that show what you have in Apple Mail and what gets imported into EagleFiler?

Will do as soon as this happens again.
