Process e-mails before importing

When I receive an encrypted e-mail, I can view it in Mail.app which uses plugins or other means of decrypting it. Importing this message into EagleFiler, however, renders it useless as EagleFiler does not import the decrypted message, but the encrypted source of the message.

Is there a way to have EagleFiler import the message as it is displayed in mail.app (ergo: decrypted) and import the clear text instead of the encrypted message? If not natively, what kind of workaround would you suggest?

Thank you,
Michael

If you import from Apple Mail using the capture key, EagleFiler will import the message as stored by Mail. So encrypted messages will stay encrypted. If you import the selected text using the EagleFiler: Import service, it will import the unencrypted text, as displayed in Mail.
