Spam mail is not going into the Spam folder

HI Michael,

MacBook Pro Retina, Mountain Lion DP3, Apple Mail, SpamSieve 2.9.7 (démo), plug-in installed, rule OK.

Spam mail is not going into the Spam folder, but some messages are gray.
And the menu ‘train as Spam’ doesn’t work at all.

It worked a while (some hours), but no more.

Yves

Why are you using Mountain Lion DP3 instead of the release version (10.8.3)? The developer preview has lots of bugs, including with Apple Mail.

Please see Sending in an Error Report.

Sorry, my message was wrong about it. I work on 10.8.3.

Spam mail is going RANDOMLY into the Spam folder
Today, I try again to do ‘train as Spam’ several times

4 mails selected, 4 mails grayed, 0 mail to Spam
4 mails selected, 4 mails grayed, 1 mail to Spam
3 mails selected, 3 mails grayed, 1 mail to Spam
1 mail selected, 1 mail grayed, 0 mail to Spam
1 mail selected, 1 mail grayed, 1 mail to Spam
1 mail selected, 1 mail grayed, 1 mail to Spam

8 mails selected, 8 mails grayed, 0 mail to Spam

Any suggestion ?

Mail may be encountering errors when moving those messages to the Spam mailbox. Do you see any errors reported in Console when this happens?

You can also click this link to enable more detailed error reporting from SpamSieve itself.
