Loads of spam getting through though being user since 2007 with well trained corpus

Hi,
Apple Mountain Lion is the fourth or so version of my Apple Mail and SpamSieve working together.
Until lately very successful with almost 100% correct filtering, every now and then a false positive.

Well trained corpus with: 3156 good news, 4077 spams (56%), 458.853 words …
Filtered news: 63.510 good news, 9799 spams, 4spams per day, 107 false positives, 709 false negatives, 98,9 correct

But since a few days I am getting loads of spams through nit knowing how it could happen.
