Weird scaling on OSX 10.6 in .dmgs created with DropDMG 3.2

There seems to be something up with the .dmgs 3.2 creates when viewed on OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard). I’ve attached some screenshots to clarify. It even happens with the DropDMG .dmg.

I verified the problem on two Macs running OSX 10.6. Everything is fine on 10.8 (or we would have probably noticed earlier  ).

Is there any way to fix this, or download a previous version of DropDMG? Thanks!

There’s a bug in Mac OS X 10.6 where it doesn’t properly display Retina background pictures. (They work fine on Mac OS X 10.7 and 10.8, as well as 10.5.)

If it’s important for you to have the background look right on 10.6, you can use the DisableRetinaBackgroundPictures esoteric preference to tell DropDMG to only create standard-resolution background pictures.
