Rules other than SpamSieve not working in Entourage

I have several other rules for IMAP, POP, and Exchange account inboxes that don’t seem to get applied in Entourage 2008. I sense that this might be related to the SpamSieve rules being located at the top of the chain.

Any thoughts on this problem? Has anyone else encountered this?

If you setup the SpamSieve rules as shown in the manual, they will not interfere with the other rules below them.

I reviewed the installation and everything seems to work now.

In retrospect, everything seemed to quit working about the time Entourage told me it needed to repair itself a couple of weeks ago - when I checked a few minutes ago, several of the settings mentioned in the instructions had been reset to defaults.
