Default Return of the formatting feature proposals: convert to plain text

Same as before. Would it be bloaty to have a convert to plaintext command for rtf and rtfds? Again: immediately speaking, I would like this, but I'm not actually sure how useful it would be in the bigger picture.

Could you tell me why/how you plan to use this feature?

I just tend to prefer text files that don't need rtf formatting to be plaintext. They are simpler, smaller, and read/writeable in wider variety of contexts and applications. I may very well be in a minority so small as to be unworth consideration on this matter.

I'd probably use it for that myself, but I was curious if you (or other people) had different uses in mind.

EagleFiler 1.4 lets you create new plain text files and also import Web pages as plain text.
