This may or may not be a problem with SpamSieve, but it started about when I upgraded to 2.7.2: the password to my email account is not being saved so that I have to enter it nearly every time a new mail scan runs (like, every 10 minutes). Mail program is Eudora 6.2.4 running on Mac OS 10.4.11; ISP is Verizon. Can’t think why this might be SpamSieve problem, but nothing else has changed that I know of and it’s a nuisance I’d like to fix. Thanks for whatever advice.
That’s unrelated to SpamSieve. It doesn’t access any passwords or talk to any mail servers. Maybe try repairing your keychain using Keychain Access?
