Is there any way to sort notes the way a historian might like to – by, say, starting each new note with a date (17760704, 17760705, etc.) and then running some kind of sorting script or feature?
This might not be used for all notes, just ones where a chronology is important, and you’ve got quotes attached to different days …
No, but you could use the Info inspector to change the creation date to something that’s more meaningful to you. Or you could put a date string at the beginning of the Title or From field and sort by that.
