Finding all web archive files?

Hi, still testing the demo, still happy.

While I see how to Convert for Editing a web archive file (VERY handy feature, BTW), it would be immensely helpful if I could search for all web archive files. The only way I can figure out how to do this is to sort on the “kind” column. Is there some better way?

Many thanks, and again, fabulous app.

Not currently, but EagleFiler 1.4 will let you create smart folders and you could create one that finds Web archives.

Sweet! when can we expect that?

EagleFiler 1.4 is now available, and you can use it to create a smart folder that finds records with a particular Kind.

Michael,

Thanks so much for this and all the other great new features you have added! I especially like the bookmarklets and the ability to add bookmarks instead of webarchives - fabulous!

Unfortunately for me, I’m still on Tiger, so I will have to wait until I upgrade to get the Smart Folders to work. However, I now have more incentive to upgrade.

Thanks again,
Robin

Here’s a smart folder that finds all the Web archives. Just put it in your library’s “Smart Folders” folder.

Sweet! thanks so much!
