ToothFairy is a Mac menu bar utility that lets you connect AirPods to your Mac with a single click or keypress. It also works with other Bluetooth headphones and with input devices such as mice, keyboards, and game pad controllers. You can see at a glance which devices are connected, as well as their battery levels. ToothFairy can also make music and videos sound better by using a higher quality codec for audio output.<\/p>\n\n<p>This is a free update that includes the following changes:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>ToothFairy no longer shows an error window when you try to connect to a device that\u2019s already connected.<\/li>\n<li>ToothFairy now automatically retries connecting via Bluetooth to make it more likely that it will succeed without user intervention.<\/li>\n<li>Improved the <a href=\"https:\/\/c-command.com\/toothfairy\/help\/why-isn-t-my-device-con\">Why isn\u2019t my device connecting?<\/a> section of the manual.<\/li>\n<li>Added the <a href=\"https:\/\/c-command.com\/toothfairy\/help\/why-don-t-i-see-the-bat\">Why don\u2019t I see the battery level?<\/a> section of the manual.<\/li>\n<li>Added accessibility labels for the device icon menu and menu bar status icon.<\/li>\n<li>ToothFairy is more judicious about changing the audio input device, to avoid excessive <a href=\"https:\/\/obdev.at\/products\/microsnitch\/index.html\">Micro Snitch<\/a> notifications.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed a bug where some script text could be displayed with the wrong color in Dark Mode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>ToothFairy 2.4.9 works with macOS 10.11 through 10.14 and requires a Bluetooth device.
