ToothFairy is a Mac menu bar utility that lets you connect AirPods to your Mac with a single click or keypress. It also works with other Bluetooth headphones and with input devices such as mice, keyboards, and game pad controllers. You can see at a glance which devices are connected, as well as their battery levels. ToothFairy can also make music and videos sound better by using a higher quality codec for audio output.<\/p>\n\n<p>This is a free update that includes the following changes:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Added support for Dark Mode on macOS 10.14.<\/li>\n<li>Revised various preferences text to improve clarity. For example:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Global hotkey to switch connection<\/strong> is now <strong>Global hotkey to connect\/disconnect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hide dock icon (effect after next launch)<\/strong> is now <strong>Hide Dock icon (takes effect at next launch)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Audio output only<\/strong> is now <strong>Improve sound quality by disabling audio input<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Connection only mode<\/strong> is now <strong>Don\u2019t disconnect when clicking icon or pressing hotkey<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Fixed a bug where the <strong>Audio output only<\/strong> option didn\u2019t work, causing AirPods to be inappropriately set as the system audio input device.<\/li>\n<li>Added the <strong>Save Diagnostic Report<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Reduced the size of the application by having ToothFairy and its login item helper share the same copy of the Swift libraries.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed the minimum widths of the <strong>OK<\/strong> buttons.<\/li>\n<li>Reformatted the text in the credits sheet with fonts, styles, and clickable links.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>ToothFairy 2.4.7 works with macOS 10.11 through 10.14 and requires a Bluetooth device.
