This includes loading file metadata, checking whether the indexes are up-to-date, checking for <a href=\"http:\/\/c-command.com\/eaglefiler\/manual-ah\/verify\">missing files<\/a>, and copying tags to OpenMeta and <a href=\"http:\/\/c-command.com\/eaglefiler\/manual-ah\/copy-tags-to-spotlight\">Spotlight comments<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>When searching a selected folder or tag, EagleFiler now also searches the folders and mailboxes inside that folder, or the subtags of that tag. (The old behavior of only searching one level can be restored by unchecking <strong>Search Contained Folders\/Mailboxes\/Tags<\/strong> in the <a href=\"http:\/\/c-command.com\/eaglefiler\/manual-ah\/searching\">search field menu<\/a>.)<\/li>\n<li>Added support for negative tag searches via the <tt>-<\/tt> or <tt>!<\/tt> <a href=\"http:\/\/c-command.com\/eaglefiler\/manual-ah\/searching\">syntax<\/a>. For example, you can do a <strong>Tags<\/strong> search for <tt>unread -flagged<\/tt> to find the unread records that are not flagged. You can use the <tt>EvernoteCaptureFormat<\/tt> <a href=\"http:\/\/c-command.com\/eaglefiler\/manual-ah\/esoteric-preferences\">esoteric preference<\/a> if you only want to capture a link to the Evernote items.<\/li>\n<li>The user interface no longer blocks while EagleFiler checks the <a href=\"http:\/\/c-command.com\/eaglefiler\/manual-ah\/the-to-import-folder\">To Import folder<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>When importing, EagleFiler will now correct PDF files that are missing their extension.<\/li>\n<li>EagleFiler will now detect if Microsoft Outlook doesn\u2019t export the body data for a message, which can happen with messages imported from the Windows version of Outlook. This can be changed via the <tt>ImportLoneMessageAsMailbox<\/tt> <a href=\"http:\/\/c-command.com\/eaglefiler\/manual-ah\/esoteric-preferences\">esoteric preference<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"http:\/\/c-command.com\/scripts\/eaglefiler\/remove-duplicate-messages\">Remove Duplicate Messages script<\/a> lets you remove duplicate e-mail messages from a mailbox.<\/li>\n<li>EagleFiler can now open e-mail messages with <a href=\"http:\/\/sparrowmailapp.com\">Sparrow<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>EagleFiler now shows a warning if you ask it to extract a large number of messages from a mailbox file to individual <tt>.eml<\/tt> files (as this is inefficient).<\/li>\n<li>If you capture a selection of messages that includes (exact) duplicates within the same mailbox, EagleFiler now skips them.
