SpamSieve gives you back your inbox, using <a href=\"https:\/\/c-command.com\/spamsieve\/help\/identifying-spam\">Bayesian spam filtering<\/a> to provide amazing accuracy that\u2019s constantly improving. SpamSieve learns and adapts to your mail, so it\u2019s able to block nearly all the junk\u2014without putting good messages in the Junk mailbox. All the processing is done on your Mac.<\/p>\n\n<p>The changes in this version are:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Microsoft has again changed <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/outlook\/end-of-support-for-legacy-outlook-for-mac\">its plans<\/a> for the Mac version of Outlook:<\/p>\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/c-command.com\/spamsieve\/images\/3.2.2\/settings-outlook-setup@2x.png\" title=\"Settings: Outlook\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" align=\"right\" width=\"161\" alt=\"Settings: Outlook\" src=\"https:\/\/c-command.com\/spamsieve\/images\/3.2.2\/settings-outlook-setup-thumb%402x.png\" height=\"125\" \/><\/a>Legacy Outlook had been scheduled to stop working on November 1, 2026. Microsoft now says that Legacy Outlook will continue to be available until October 2029. Some customers will no longer be able to <a href=\"https:\/\/techcommunity.microsoft.com\/blog\/exchange\/retirement-of-exchange-web-services-in-exchange-online\/3924440\">connect to Exchange accounts<\/a> starting in October 2026, but IMAP and POP accounts should continue to work.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Microsoft is reversing many years of public statements and no longer plans to bring AppleScript support to New Outlook. As a result, SpamSieve\u2019s current direct integration with Outlook will end when Legacy Outlook is no longer available at the end of 2029. These can now be accessed via the menu bar, too.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Improved the error reporting when moving spam messages in Apple Mail.<\/p><\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Tried to work around a seeming Xcode change that caused crashes when reading the corpus database.<\/p><\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Tried to work around a bug where Apple Mail failed to move Gmail messages out of a training mailbox.<\/p><\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><a href=\"https:\/\/c-command.com\/spamsieve\/images\/3.2\/settings-notification@2x.png\" title=\"Settings: Notification\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" align=\"right\" width=\"161\" alt=\"Settings: Notification\" src=\"https:\/\/c-command.com\/spamsieve\/images\/3.2\/settings-notification-thumb%402x.png\" height=\"159\" \/><\/a>Tried to work around a bug in macOS 27 where the <a href=\"https:\/\/c-command.com\/spamsieve\/help\/show-dock-icon\">Dock icon<\/a> wasn\u2019t hidden.<\/p><\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Fixed a regression where an error would be shown when launching Mail or Outlook if you had just deleted the SpamSieve app file (but had not yet logged in again).<\/p><\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Fixed a bug where replacing an old diagnostic report with a new one didn\u2019t work.<\/p><\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Fixed a type-safety bug with software update.<\/p><\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Fixed a crash that could occur after software update.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>SpamSieve 3.3.2 works with macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) through macOS 27 (Golden Gate) and requires an <a href=\"https:\/\/c-command.com\/spamsieve\/help\/requirements\">e-mail client<\/a>. Older <a href=\"https:\/\/c-command.com\/spamsieve\/help\/version-history\">SpamSieve versions<\/a> are <a href=\"https:\/\/c-command.com\/spamsieve\/support#older-versions\">available<\/a> for older versions of macOS.
