6.2.6   Notification Center shows

The following notifications are available:

Good messages sent from Contacts
This posts one notification for each good message that arrives (where the sender is in your Contacts), showing the message’s subject, the first few lines of its body, and (if possible) a picture of the sender.
Other good messages
This posts one notification for each good message that arrives (where the sender is not in your address book), showing the message’s subject and the first few lines of its body.
The number of new good messages
This notification mimics the red number in SpamSieve’s Dock icon (see Show number of new good messages in Dock). After a batch of good messages arrives, it tells you how many new messages there are and then fades away.
Uncertain spam messages
This notification helps you spot false positives by telling you when a message has arrived that SpamSieve thinks is spam, but that may actually be good. For more information, see the Uncertain Spam Messages preference. By watching these notifications, you can spot false positives without having to look through the entire contents of the Junk mailbox in your mail program. When using this notification, you may want to go to System Settings ‣ Notification and set the SpamSieve notifications to display as Alerts to make sure that you see all the notifications. Clicking to close the notification does not change whether SpamSieve thinks the message is spam. For messages that are actually spam, you don’t need to do anything. For messages that are not spam, you can click to open the message in SpamSieve’s Log window and then train it as good.
