This command creates a new rule in either the allowlist or blocklist. This is useful if you want to add your own rules to the allowlist or blocklist, rather than having SpamSieve learn the rules when you train it with messages. For example, you could create a blocklist rule to catch spam messages with a particular subject, or a allowlist rule to always accept messages sent from a certain domain.
