New mac is not reading my Blocklist and Whitelist imports from old mac

I used these directions and yet, when I open SpamSieve on my new mac, the 3700 blocklist and 1000 whitelist rules I carried over do not exist. Why?

It sounds like the file:

/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/SpamSieve/Rules

was not transferred. How large is it on the two different Macs?

Also, please make sure that you quit SpamSieve before replacing any of the files in “Application Support”.

I found the error. I did not read the page close enough to see that in 10.7 I had to unhide the Library directory of the active user to put the files in that. It was user error, my bad. I was putting them in a different users Library account so they were not seen.
