Default Mark as Good not working

I have been using SpamSieve with Entourage successfully for many years. Now, with Outlook, while in the "Junk E-mail" box, the keyboard "command/shift/G" now does nothing. I click on the "mark as not spam" on the open message, while in the "Junk E-mail" box, and the email is transferred to my "inbox." However, every time that same sender's email arrives later, it continually is sent to the "Junk" box. There is no "learning" going on.

    Your advice, please.

    Jerry

The SpamSieve keyboard shortcut (in Apple Mail, Entourage, and Outlook) is Command-Control-G. The command is also available in the scripts menu.

You should not click the commands in the message window, as those are for Outlook’s own junk mail filter.

Since you have been correcting Outlook instead of SpamSieve, SpamSieve has now learned some incorrect information. To fix that, you should choose Reset Corpus from the Filter menu and then re-train SpamSieve.
