The Next Step - A Suggestion For Spam Sieve

I recently bought SS and I love it - it works great for me.
I would like to suggest a new option for the program that either bounces spam messages back to the place they came from or automatically notifies the hosting company that their service is being use for spam. Basically , I don't just want to keep the spam out of my inbox, I want to stop the spammers altogether. Is this a possibility?

Not really. It's not possible to bounce the spam messages back in a way that would have a useful effect, and the hosting companies are well aware when they are being used to spam before the messages get to SpamSieve.
