At least the Apple Mail in 10.6.8 can't do smart mailboxes by Delivered-To, only "recipient", which I assume are To and CC, and with a lot of spam those are bogus

Maybe you can use the MediaStylePDF esoteric preference instead of those services. For my taste they too often remove more than they should.

I use Instapaper to save the pages and move them into EF the next time I'm at the computer. You could automate that.

Very occasionally I update a PDF in EagleFiler from its original source, say a web page. This caused me to lose some annotations I had made.
