After upgrading to leopard I had a bunch or problems with mail. I do not think it was Spamsieve but I had a number of things installed like act on and other scripts.
I did a clean in stall of leopard and then reinstalled spam sieve. My mail problem is fixed but I do not think Spamsieve is working correctly. It does not move mail to spam and also there is no spam sieve rule under mail settings.
How do I completely uninstall and reinstall spam sieve?
