Fresh Leopard install, migrated SS ruleset & corpus

I’ve got SS installed on Leopard with a fresh install where I migrated over my old Apple Mail and SS ruleset/corpus to the new system. I have noticed that if I select an email to train as spam that SS creates a new folder called “Spam” whereas I have my spam folder named “0_Spam” so its at the top of my folder structure. SS appears to put mail it classifies as spam into the right folder and only reverts to this behavior when manually training it on a new spam from my Inbox.

Any suggestions?

If you want to use a different mailbox, you need to tell SpamSieve.

Doh!
Silly me, this fixed my problem.
