hdiutil error

hi there,

i'm trying dropdmg and i get this error when i try to pack a folder...

"1 - hdiutil: create failed - internal error"

when i tried to drag and drop the individual files and folders within that folder some files get dmg'ed and others fail with the same error message.
what's going wrong ? is there a way i can check any logs to get a more verbose error message ?

DropDMG is reporting what the underlying OS tools tell it; unfortunately, in this case that doesn’t lead to a very descriptive error message. Do you see anything in common among the files that don’t work? How larger is the folder, and how much free space do you have on the destination volume? Does it work if you ask DropDMG to create a Zip or Tar archive rather than a disk image?
