All of a sudden, SS crashes each time it is launched.
This occurs with a fresh download and SS launched without Mail.
Now I cannot even check mail!
What do you suggest?
SpamSieve’s corpus file was damaged, perhaps due to a crash or disk error. Please try holding down the Command and Option keys when launching SpamSieve and then click Reset Corpus. You will then need to re-train SpamSieve. Or, you could try restoring the file:
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/SpamSieve/Corpus.corpus
from a backup.
Why not? If the plug-in can’t communicate with SpamSieve, it should just pass all the messages as good.
Simply restored a backup corpus and things are fine.
You will recall I had troubles with EagleFiler too. I suspect the disk and have a new one on the way.
The mail would not launch because SS was hanging.
