hello,

is there a way to keep entourage from displaying a bouncing icon in the dock when spamsieve marked a incoming mail as spam?

since i can't apply a rule the normal way it's pretty annoying to get a bouncing icon and when checking it's only spam.

Yes, you can turn off the Dock icon bouncing in Entourage's Notification preferences.

Entourage doesn't know when SpamSieve classifies a message as spam. So you should turn off Entourage's notification entirely and then let SpamSieve notify you (http://c-command.com/spamsieve/manual-ah/notification) when there are new good messages.
