I’ve submitted the crash report to you and to Apple. I checked in my test user account and the program launched. I’ve restarted twice. Looked for prefs to trash; couldn’t find any.

SpamSieve’s corpus file was damaged, perhaps due to a crash or disk error. Please try holding down the Command and Option keys when launching SpamSieve and then click Reset Corpus. You will then need to re-train SpamSieve.
Or, you could try restoring the file:
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/SpamSieve/Corpus.corpus
from a backup, if you have one.
