Select a file or folder in the Finder or Path Finder and choose DropDMG or DropDMG (Ask For Options) from the Services menu (inside the application menu). The ordinary DropDMG command has a keyboard shortcut of Command-Shift-D. You can customize the keyboard shortcuts in the Keyboard pane in System Preferences.
